Sheldon S. Gordon is a member of the Compensation and Governance & Nominating Committees and Chairman of the Audit Committee.  From May 1996 to present, he has been non-executive Chairman of Union Bancaire Privée International Holdings, Inc.  From May 1996 to March 2002, he was Chairman of the Rhone Group LLC with which he continues as a Senior Advisor.  Mr. Gordon is currently a director of Ametek, Inc. and Union Bancaire Privée and was a Director of the Holland Balanced Fund from June 1996 to June 2008.
