| Robert T. O’Connell - Director Robert T. O’Connell is a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. O’Connell is the former Chief Financial Officer of General Motors where he served from 1988 to 1992 and Chief Executive Officer of GMAC Financial Services where he served from 1992 until his retirement in 1994. From 1995 to 1997, Mr. O’Connell served as Senior Vice President and Chief Staff Officer of EMC Corporation. He subsequently served as a member of the Board of Directors and in various executive capacities at RWD Technologies, Inc. from 1997 to 2003. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of CenterPoint Energy, Inc. He also serves on the Boston Finance Commission, a Governor-appointed commission of the State of Massachusetts. |
