| Brian R. Ford - Director Brian R. Ford was appointed to the Board in March of 2009 and serves on the Audit Committee. Mr. Ford is the Chief Executive Officer of Washington Philadelphia Partners, LP. He retired as a partner from Ernst & Young LLP in June 2008 where he had been employed since 1971. Mr. Ford also serves on the Board of Trustees of Drexel University and Drexel University College of Medicine School and is a member of the Executive Committee and Board of the Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau. |
